"SOLD IN 4 WEEKS! We (well you) did it! Me of little faith and you always the calm, encouraging, supportive ally in this most fraught process of selling the property. Not once did you mention anything negative – not once – only positive vibes were happening around every tree, acre, dam, hill, wallaby, house and garden. "Earlier this year we listed our home, Calton Hill House, with McElwaine Property having already affected our move to the Southern Highlands. We knew and fully understood that having such an unique, historic 1860’s home in pristine condition realistically may determine the fact that there could be first; limited prospective buyers and second; a great many ‘tyre kickers’.
