Minmi is a high demand market with 1286 visits per property according to real estate.com.au. With a median sale price of 623K,  those properties enjoyed a 6.87 per cent increase over the past year, about  50 per cent more than the national average.

“It’s a very idyllic and sought after area,” says Natasha. “It’s said to be the last remaining mining village in Newcastle, a place where people used to come to make a living from its underground riches. Now, residents are finding an even more satisfying bounty of riches in a lovely place to buy or sell a home.”
